In 2005, Third Way Network’s goal is:

• To have at least 200 rental units under management
• For at least 15% of those units to have below-market rental rates
• To create 25 new affordable housing spaces

• 2 Housing Plus projects
• 1 Owner-Occupied Duplex project
• 1 Apartment Plus project
• 70 rental units under management
• Richfield attainable housing project

Projects Currently In Progress

• 8 units in the North Minneapolis Hawthorne neighborhood
• Housing Plus project in Edina

Projects Coming Up

• Housing Plus project in Richfield
• Duplex project in South Minneapolis
