Third Way Network brings financial sponsors, property owners, human service agencies, Member Groups and volunteers together to identify, create and support affordable housing in the Twin Cities.
Beneficiaries of Third Way Network housing include the following:
- Families with children currently living in substandard housing.
- Low-income* single parents.
- Your neighbors.
- Senior citizens on a fixed income.
- Low-income* service workers.
- Your co-workers.
- Graduates of transitional housing and homeless shelters ready for a place to call home.
*Low-Income is defined as a household income at or less than 30% of the area median. For Minnesota, this is generally an annual income of $30,000 or less.

Strategic Partners help identify qualified families to move into affordable housing. They also offer expertise, ongoing support and services.
