Holiday Fundraising Campaign - Housing Working Families

We are launching a campaign to raise $50,000 by the end of the year to start the next round of Circle to Success Training for Families in January.  Supporters of TWN plus two of our Member Groups have pledged to match all contributions up to $25,000 that are received by Dec 31, 2007.

Please join the campaign:

1.  Make a Personal Contribution.

Making a financial contribution of any size to Third Way Network before the end of this year.  Your  gift will be doubled!!

2.  Ask others to contribute.

Please help us by contacting friends and family to sponsor a TWN family or ask your company/coworkers to join together and sponsor a low income, working family in our Circle to Success program.

3.  Host a fundraising party.

Contributions of any amount are accepted.  Sponsorships start at $1,000 for individuals and $2,500 for organizations and businesses.  Sponsors are recognized and receive periodic updates about the families they sponsor.

We can provide any materials or assistance that you need.  For more information, please contact Paul Halvorson at 612-332-1311 ext. 22 or email him at HalvorsonPaul@ThirdWayNetwork.org.

Update: In November, we raised just over $10,000!

Thank you to those who have made a contribution.  Every little bit helps, and we're on our way to reaching our goal!

Welcome to Third Way Network!

Thank you to Rehab Construction Volunteers!

We've made significant progress on our rehab construction projects in North and South Minneapolis this fall.  Our gratitude and appreciation go out to all volunteers who have helped make each house an affordable place to call home.

Skilled construction volunteers are needed during the week.  If interested, email Construction Manager, Jeff Hoehn or call him at 612-332-1311 ext. 24.

    Volunteers needed

     to mentor families!

Volunteers play a pivotal role in our family support programs.  These programs to help stabilize families work because dedicated families and individuals know the value of being a good neighbor and sharing time and talents with others.

A few of the many ways to get involved include: assisting with meals, mentoring a family, and mentoring youth.  We will begin our family programs in January.  We are already recruiting mentors and determining ways to match volunteer skills with Third Way Network’s needs.

For more information about volunteer opportunities and family programs, please contact Paul Halvorson at 612-332-1311, ext. 22, send him an email or register as a volunteer online.
